How soon should I receive my parcel?

We charge a flat fee of £4.95 and post items using a Signed for Second Class post which normally arrives in 3 business days.

I don’t live in the UK, do you ship to me?

We currently do not offer international shipping at this current time.

My parcel hasn’t shipped, can I cancel it?

Any orders cancelled prior to shipping will incur a cancellation charge of a minimum of £5, or 5% of the cost of the item (whichever is higher). This is to cover payment processing fees, which are not refunded to us on cancellation, as well as our time processing an item.

Returns

  • We operate a strict 7 day return policy in the UK. Unfortunaly we cant accept returns after this time due to the items seller having already being paid.
  • There are NO refunds on sale items
  • All returns must be posted back to Sustainable Style Boutique, an address will be forwarded once you have emailed us at sales@sustainablestyleboutique.co.uk to inform us of a return.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If an item has significant damage not mentioned in the description, please accept our profuse apologies. If you post the item back to us, we’ll refund you the full amount, including your shipping costs.
  • You will be refunded within 5 working days of receiving your return. Please do not email us before 5 working days has passed as we get a lot of emails and it makes it unmanageable.
